Meet the Management and Maintenance Team at The Village at Cloud Park. Our Staff at The Village at Cloud Park strives to provide the best possible Resident Service you will find in any apartment community. Our extremely capable Team has a combined 100 years of experience in our industry. The Village at Cloud Park consists of 216 units and our Staff, expertly handles, all of the challenges that come with a property this size. Our Teams are on-site Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Management Team is also available on Saturday from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. Our Staff enjoys a much-needed day of rest on Sundays.

Office Team


Property Manager – Mindy James

Mindy has been with Sentry Property Management for 22 years. Mindy worked in the apartment industry starting as a Leasing Professional and worked her way through the ranks before joining Sentry. She has a total of 30 years of experience in the exciting and never dull business of Property Management. After the new construction lease-up was complete at our sister Property Wexford on the Green(located in Beavercreek), she moved to the Cloud Park office to head up the new construction lease-up here. Mindy also manages our sister community, Wexford on the Green in Beavercreek. While her duties are primarily administrative, her door is always open to our Residents.

Assistant Property Manager – Sarah Puckett

Sarah is one of our original team members. She joined the Cloud Park Team in 2001 and brought with her incredible organizational skills. She juggles many of the day-to-day operations in the Management Office and always with a smile. Sarah and Jillyn will both work with you to ensure you have a fantastic residency at Cloud Park.

Leasing Professional – Jillyn Cross

Jillyn joined the Cloud Park Team in 2005. Jillyn is most likely to be the first person you will meet, whether visiting us in person or communicating online. Jillyn and Sarah work with you to ensure that your experience at Cloud Park is seamless, from processing your application to your move-in day and beyond.

Office IT / Website Administrator / Courtesy Officer – David Pfiffner

David was actually a resident at Cloud Park before becoming a member of our team. For the past six years, David has been an integral part of our team in so many ways, which include the design and maintenance of this website, all IT related issues in our office, installing and managing our security camera system, scheduling our Pool Monitors, and acting as our Courtesy Officer for our residents and our property. 


Maintenance Team


Maintenance Supervisor – Joe Anthony

Joe Anthony is also an original Team member and came to Cloud Park in 2001. Joe already had a background in Property Maintenance and brings close to 30 years of experience to the table. He oversees the completion of day-to-day Work Requests, preparation of units for new Residents before their move-in as well as handling the purchasing of all Maintenance supplies, appliances, etc.

Maintenance Technician – James Heaps

James joined our Team in 2019 with almost a decade of Property Maintenance experience. James completes many of the Work Requests submitted by Residents and is instrumental in preparing our units for move-in. His eye for detail ensures that you move into a beautiful apartment home
