Pet Policy: Cloud Park welcomes your family pet. Two pets (cat or dog) are allowed per apartment. A $500.00* pet deposit is required (where $100 of that is nonrefundable). The monthly pet rent is $35.00 per month. No weight or breed restrictions.
Security Deposit: Cloud Park requires a $250.00 Security Deposit. In order to hold an apartment, $50.00 is due at the time the rental application is received. The remaining $200.00 will be due at move-in. No security deposit for Active Duty Military.
Utilities: Residents at The Village at Cloud Park are responsible for their electric utility as well as water and sewer. Trash compactors and recycling dumpsters are provided free of charge for residents’ use only. Please note that bulk items are strictly prohibited from being disposed of in or around the trash compactor and recycling areas.
Occupancy: No more than two (2) people in a one (1) bedroom and no more than four (4) people in a two (2) bedroom
Lease Term: Lease terms are variable starting from a six(6) month lease with a $600.00 Short Term Fee. One (1) year, 18 months and 24 months are available with no additional fees.
Renters Insurance: RENTERS INSURANCE IS REQUIRED and proof of insurance must be provided on or before the move-in date. We can recommend insurance agents if you do not currently have an agent-ask our Leasing Staff for information.*
