Notice Regarding Move-In Inquiries:

All availability projections are educated estimates and not guarantees. Tenants have the option to sign leases ranging from twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) months. Your position on the waitlist is directly influenced by tenant turnover. Higher turnover may result in quicker advancement on the list, while low turnover may cause minimal movement. Therefore, we cannot predict when your application will reach the top of the waitlist. Once your name reaches the top and a unit becomes available, we will contact you to finalize your residency in our community. If a unit does not become available within your desired move-in period, your $50 holding deposit will be refunded.

Our average waitlist timeframe is 6-9 months long throughout the year.
